LingoLocal may support languages including Galo, Tagin, Apatani, Adi, Hindi and English, as well as additional languages introduced in the future.

By using LingoLocal, you confirm that:

You will not use LingoLocal for unlawful or abusive purposes.

LearnLocal is provided for educational purposes.

We do not guarantee that completion of a course or lesson will result in a particular level of language proficiency.

Educational content may be updated, modified or removed at any time.

14. Points, Recognition and Rewards

LingoLocal may provide points, badges, recognition or rewards for eligible contributions.

Reward programs may be subject to separate rules displayed within the application.

We reserve the right to:

Verify contributions.
Adjust points for incorrect or fraudulent submissions.
Reject ineligible contributions.
Suspend reward eligibility.
Investigate suspicious activity.
Cancel fraudulent or improperly earned rewards.

Points generally have no cash value unless a specific LingoLocal reward program expressly states otherwise.

17. Subscription Billing

Your subscription is subject to the billing terms of the applicable platform.

Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund procedures may be controlled by the relevant app store.

LingoLocal does not control the payment policies of Google Play or Apple’s App Store.

Subscription pricing may change from time to time. Where required, users will receive appropriate notice of material pricing changes.

18. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation procedures provided by the platform through which you purchased it.

Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but may not immediately remove benefits already paid for, depending on the applicable platform’s rules.

Deleting the LingoLocal application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

You should manage subscriptions through the relevant app-store account.

19. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play or Apple’s App Store may be subject to the applicable platform’s refund policies.

Where payment is processed directly by LingoLocal or another payment provider, the applicable refund terms will apply.
